Having seen last week's fixture against Bowdon rained off, it is now time for Hall to try and get back to winning ways.
But captain Steve Ogilby is under no illusions as to how tough Saturday's game will be.
"Alderley Edge are a top side,"
Ogilby said. "They have been the best outfit in the league so far this season so we will have to be at our best. But I believe that on our day, we are a match for anyone."
Hall are buoyed by the fact Alderley Edge suffered defeat last week for only the second time this season away at Nantwich.
In a rain affected match, Nantwich triumphed by three wickets in a close finish.
"Last week's result acts as a confidence boost for some of our lads who now know that Alderley are beatable. As I have said, we will back ourselves to beat anyone," said Ogilby.
Andrew Griffiths and Andrew Leech are both away this weekend so Warren Goodwin and David Atkins come into the side as replacements.
CHRISTLETON go into tomorrow's home match with Bramhall as slight favourites.
Christleton hold a 10-point advantage over the team placed two spots below them in the Division One table and captain Paul Allen hopes that his return from England duty will inspire his side to a victory.
"Hopefully now we have, in the main, our best team available we will be able to push on up the table and pull away from the threat of relegation," said Allen.
"At the beginning of the month we highlighted the next three games as fixtures we could pick up key victories."
Christleton struggled with the bat on an excellent batting track last week against Oxton who eventually won by 58 runs to move joint-top with Didsbury.
"Last week we were awful," admitted Allen. "Except for Rick Moore (87) we batted poorly.
"Earlier our bowling hadn't been too bad but our fielding let us down. There was a lack of intensity and we didn't create enough chances.
"Hopefully this weekend will be a real turning point for the side. A win would provide a much-needed confidence boost for us so we can then make sure of our Division One status and look ahead to next season."
Christleton have been dealt a blow with the news that Simon Jones is unavailable due to illness while Russell Anderson also misses out.
Replacing the pair are Simon Ratcliffe and Second XI run-maker James
Clulow.
