Teen's body found in Cheshire village

THE BODY of a teenager was found in Farndon on Saturday morning.
Cheshire Police have confirmed that the body of a 19-year-old man was discovered in a secluded wooded area overlooking the River Dee off High Street at about 7am on Saturday.

Cheshire Constabulary spokesman Dave Murray said: "We attended the area off High Street after receiving a call at 7am.

"The body of a 19-year-old male from Farndon had been discovered.
"The circumstances do not appear to be suspicious."

Police would not confirm the name of the man.

Mr Murray said: "A file is now being prepared for the coroner."

The Coroner for Cheshire, Nicholas Rheinberg has not yet received the file.
