RESIDENTS in and around Chester are being given the chance to set the agenda for police officers.
Community Action Meetings across the city aim to encourage people to quiz police on recent activities before telling the officers what to concentrate on.

The first meeting, will be held at the Salvation Army on St Anne Street on Wednesday, August 27, starting at 7pm. The event will be hosted by Police Community Support Officer Matthew Middleton of Chester Inner Neighbourhood Policing Unit.

The following day PCSO Mike Butler, of Chester Outer NPU, will host a meeting at Saughall Scout Hut, Fiddlers Lane, starting at 7pm and will be followed by a 30 minute session with PCSO Butler during which residents can speak in confidence about any issues.

For details on either of the meetings contact Chester Inner NPU on 0845 458 6384 or Chester Outer NPU on 0845 458 6375.
